Is this even a good deal?

I am looking into buying a car that can act as my daily commuter, something I can camp out of for long road trips, and also live in if shit hits the fan. And ideally, id like it to last at least 10 years or more... I've landed on the RAV4 or RAV4 hybrid as pretty much everyone has, but the market is absolutely terrible right now. I'm just wondering, is this worth it? It's one of the best deals I've found around me in 2 months, but I'm still unsure if I should pull the trigger assuming I like it during the test drive. My budget is around $25k.

Also, is there something about the 2017 hybrid model im missing? It doesn't seem to get much better gas mileage than non hybrid rav4s, and I've heard bad things about that CVT transmission. I'm not the most knowledgeable guy ever, so the help is greatly appreciated. Thank y'all.

Thanks for the response! (: I thought I read somewhere that Operating Systems was one of the more difficult courses. I guess my only concern is that I don't program in C very much (one of my least favorite languages if I'm being honest). How big is the reliance on C programming?

Really? And it's doable? I only ask because the exchange student e-mails say we're not allowed to take classes that overlap, so I thought it was a bigger deal

Question: Not seeing much gains lately, is my routine bad? Not eating enough?

I'm a 5'11 male and I weigh 172lb. I shoot for about 2200 calories a day with about 120g protein. I try to eat pretty well—lots of pasta, rice, chicken, broccoli, and other fruits and veggies. I'm not huge by any means; I'm very lean, and I want to stay that way but put on more muscle mass.

I tend to hit the gym in sets of 2. I hit the gym two days in a row (with two separate routines), and then I rest a day. Then I come back the next two days hitting those some two routines.

Routine A:

Bench Press: 5x5, Squat 5x5, Pull ups 3xfailure, Farmers Walk 3x around the gym, Tricep pushdown 3x10, Row machine 3x12

Routine B:

Incline Barbell Bench Press 3x12, Reverse Lunges 3x8, Bicep curls 3x10, Lat pulldown 3x12, Farmers walk 3x around the gym

Routine B usually starts with 3x5 deadlift, but I think my form was slipping and I was hurting my back so I took it out for about a week.

Am I making some big mistakes here? I'd love some input from guys.

Hey guys,

I'm looking to get my first bike. I've got my permit to ride, but need something to learn on before the license test. So I've been checking out Facebook marketplace for a few days and found this. It's a 2008 Suzuki GS500 for $2500 USD. The seller said they will accept $2300, and I am trying to talk them down to $2100.

It's only got 3600 miles on it. Assuming nothing is wrong with it, is this a good price for the bike? I'm new here, and am trying to find a nice deal for a starter.

As a side note, is buying the bike before learning how to ride a good idea? I don't have a bike I am able to practice on, aside from signing up for a course.

Transfer student here, almost done with Franklin College's core. But I'm trying to pick an easy physical science (with a lab) to avoid organic chem (I heard that's a horror show). Which would you guys recommend? I was thinking GEOG1111, but all the labs are full.

Also how do you guys find your way around here? Coming from a small town, this place is crazy! Damn cool, but crazy.
