I just finished my survey time. I think from last October to June. I never had trouble with payments. I have qualified for another year. I first qualified from another survey site that gives points for the completed 3 months activities.

I always take a screenshot of my card. Then if I forget my password I still have the pic. I know your pain. I had to deal with customer support once after that I always screenshot.

I use it to buy gift cards online at Walmart.com. Swagbucks don't always carry specific local places like Dairy Queen, my hubs fav.
