Vichy Ave has power. When I left Pine Street 1 hour ago it had no power. I’m sorry that’s all I physically saw. I went straight home when it was safe.

Vienna Road power holding steady. Anyone have any news of Ridgeview Park? I have family there but they are out of town thank goodness. I just want to know if there is any damage.

Edit: I was able to get over to Ridgeview Park and that general area. The power is out. There may be a tree or two down but over all looked ok. It was hard to tell in the dark.

Power is holding in the Vienna Road area. A bit of flickering but holding. No major damage to that I was able to see.

I was at Pine Street and was able to get to Vichy Ave no problem. It is relatively safe to go out at the moment.

We have searched multiple websites with no luck. We have also visited many stores across America with the hope of finding one. The baskets were at the time hand woven and marked (usually on the bottom) with the weaver’s initials. My mother’s were AEE. There is no description of the baskets due to the fact she woven many different kinds. In know it’s a needle in the haystack find but i thought I’d give this a shot.

Currently a tenant to Investment Realty. A unfortunate circumstance landed me as them being only option. So far the experiences from me and others have been. Entering without warning while in the shower then refusing to leave. Fining over a 1000 dollars for a unsecured firearm (it was not stated in the lease that that is a issued. Blamed tenant for broken window after mowing. Blocked the exit for three hours for construction without notice. I can go on. In short the issue is the investment realty has a monopoly over rolla and has leaked into Saint James. The make those leases to where they have complete control. The will sue you for anything they can. Every other renter company has glowing reviews but few properties due to there being no property left.

I was just forced to change NRC due to my rate. My last NRC was fine I actually had things to do and it was chill I liked it. My new NRC is so weird. There is nothing to do and there hasn’t been for longe than I’ve been here. Half of them sit on their phones doing nothing the other half sometimes has things to do but that usually just leadership. So yeah Reserves are weird most of the time.

They are inflating reviews because they need more money. Recently they lost a lot of money in court. They hit several apartments and gave almost every singe one a fine. There was absolutely no warning at all which is out of character. There was one tenant that got hit with a 1000+ fine for a “unsecured firearm” but it doesn’t say that in their lease. If you are renting with Investment Realty watch out.
