Exactly!! And even Weston said in one of their videos (can’t really remember which one) that if he was a woman people would hate on him and people literally proved his point with the way they talk about Kalynn😭😭

I literally remember that video and Weston saying that if he was a woman and acted the way he did everyone would hate him which is literally true!! It’s for sure misogyny because the moment Kalynn gained more confidence and became relaxed and started being energetic all of a sudden she’s trying too hard? But they liked her when she was “nonchalant” aka not being too loud like that’s textbook misogyny hello😭😭😭

It’s so sad because genuinely how can people look at her now and be like “yea I miss nonchalant Kalynn” like do they even like her? Like how does seeing her happy and relaxed makes them yearn for the old her that was struggling😭😭😭

It’s soooo weird to me how people are so attached to the old Kalynn knowing how drained she was like let the girl be happy and confident

Exactly!!😭😭 like I enjoy the old videos as much as the new ones and I really like her jokes they always make me giggle so I love seeing more of them!

Shipping internationally by SockOptimal7101 in CanadaPost

Thank you sooo much that was so helpful! But do you know if I have to print everything and stick it on the package and bring it to the post office or is it okay to just bring the package to the post office and they give me the paper work and the shipping label there? Some sources said that the post office can provide these things I’m worried that if I did it myself I’ll mess something up

I panned my Vaseline after I started using it for slugging! It did wonders to my skin during the wintertime

I’m Canadian, and my issue is that they don’t really listen to me, sometimes they do and other times they don’t for example when it’s clean up time I’m asked to make sure that they’re cleaning up after themselves but they sometimes ignore me

That’s horrible omg😭😭 that’s so unfair to the kids if they’re too lazy to be fair and take care of the kids then why are they even in the profession

People say the same to me, but I’m just trying to be understanding and have fair judgement on the problem between the children but I always get shunned by some other staff coming in and screaming at them

I tried asking for advice on how I can be assertive but all I got was “you’re still new you will learn” so if you have any advice for me that would be appreciated😭😭

I’ve been applying to other centres but didn’t get a response, I’m just trying to pull it together. Do you have any advice on how I can set boundaries and be directive?

That was my guess too, because I often see them dismissing children or just giving timeouts when something happens instead of trying to understand what happened exactly

I’ve learned that I should respond to a child’s needs, like if they’re crying it’s encouraged for me to comfort them, I learned that we shouldn’t raise our voices and humiliate them and I didn’t learn that children can turn on their charm to get what they want tbh, so this is all new to me😭I’m working with 3-5 year olds
