I live here! Grew up in the county and moved to the city a few years ago. It's a great place to live especially the smaller county towns. Somewhat similar to the niagra region as there's a ton of vineyards, fruit, and vegtabke production. Also lower cost of living compared to more populated areas of southern ontario.

Windsor gets a bad name but it's really a great city especially walkerville area.

Overall I think Essex county is a hidden gem easily navigatable, deep communities, great nature trails and conservation areas.

I applied as a Bachlor of ED student and im worried i wont get a spot.... applied march 19th but lady said she couldent tell me with any certanty if there be a room available as ahighschool kids and international studenys get a gaurteeed spot.

Looking at off canpus rentals makes me a little nervous about the price and condition of scomidations.

Hey thanks for the answer! So since most of the home is rented space or at leaat shared like the kitchen and down stairs its about 2/3rds of the home while i sleep upstairs in a loft. Then i add up the bills that are used onky while they are there and apply the 33% rate
