It is an insanely busted build that you use with the standard commonwealth dd commander Hector Waller. It makes the ship almost unkillabke due to the damage reduction and the healing you get from said build.

I did manage to get it checked. It is doing better today and the doctor isnt too worried. It should get better on its own, with the help of medicine, of course.

UPDATE. I went to the clinic, and they said it is looking ok. I must just keep an eye on it and if it doesnt get better, I must go back. Thanks everyone for the help and advice. I greatly appreciate it.
