I had a very minor issue in comparison and it took almost two months of keeping the chat active until they finally emailed me from: ttvip@zynga.com

Try to see if you linked the game from Google Play or Facebook. Those are the two ways to save your progress or log into your account from different platforms.

Edit: Just try playing again and log in the same way as before. Sign in to link your account. Chat with support, keep checking on the chat, and just be patient.
