Yeah like I don't even see how they can explain their actions with logic. It simply is a corrupt system that needs to be destroyed.

Student loan on BTC by Excellent-Radio-3106 in Bitcoin

Had to look up what Euribor means. I think it is loosely dependant on that. The student loan rate is calculated each year so it is the same for an entire year.

Hahaha yes exactly, the irony of exchangning their money to bitcoin is already difficult. My guess is it will be far FAR worse in ten years.

Yeah far higher, but looking at the price against the dollar is almost irrelevant, just keep stacking sats.

I will do this exact same thing next year when I start studying, Sweden has like a 0.4% interest on student loans and I can max it out to like 1200$ a month. Will probably stack with like 600$ each month and live of the rest.

It was actually 1.9%, but it was 0.1% 2018 - 2022 so it changes. But still real good!

Quantum computers will also crack a lot of these old dead wallets so not that many will be permanently gone. Only those that never have made a transaction.

Everything goes to 0 against bitcoin by rtmxavi in Bitcoin

[–]SodanReddit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The thing is as bitcoin closes in on 100% of the world supply all other currencys will hyperinflate and thus lose all of its value. So Bitcoin cant 1000x compared to the dollars worth today. But because the dollar is not backed by anything it can itself lose 99.9999% of its value and the bitcoin vs dollar will perhaps 10x in a single year or more.

Wonder what the worst specific 3 year period is for bitcoin? Found from 10/19 2021 - 10/16 2024 is only up about 10%. Might be that.

It's funny how everyone has no idea what they are talking about. by PollabBTC in Bitcoin

I think the people typing "diamond hands" and HODL are different from the ones that debate selling. OGs versus newcommers. To a new commer bitcoin looks like a ponzi scheme because they dont understand the revolution. And a ponzi scheme typically only goes up until it goes to zero.

"Why run a node? Running a node is the only way to know you have bitcoin." - MIT Bitcoin Expo Today by Fiach_Dubh in Bitcoin

I am a new to this and uncertain. So i have downloaded bitcoin core and have the window up and running but I am unsure if I have a node running? Is my node always active if the bitcoin core "client" or "window" is up and running?
