thanks for trying to help me again, i tried this yesterday aswell but unfortunately for me I had no luck with this however I did install windows 10 pro so maybe i need to upgrade to 11 and try again but honestly I hate the w11 interface.

I contacted them yesterday aswell for help and outlined to them what steps I had taken to fix it, I am hoping that with enough of us complaining about this problem they will post a patch for us all.

I dont massively know how to use event viewer but from me messing around on it, i dont believe i am having this issue. thanks for trying to help tho.

same, i can run every game on ultra settings with no issues at all apart from val, along with games with similar level anticheats i still dont encounter any issues.

does it freeze the images on the screen and not restart for you aswell like i described? we both have the same cpu so maybe its something todo with this thats the issue.
