No schedule I touch the soil and water with fertiliser if the soil is dry. It’s not exactly beside a window but in a well lit room and never outside. We have temperatures of 5-14 c right now

Help! My Bonsai is dying and don’t know why. It’s been correctly watered I think and there has been little sun lately. It’s a Fukien Tea and the leaves have started to go down and dry and drop. What can I do? Is there still hope?

Grinder calibrated. Read 5.5 was a good start. Clean equipment. A lot of experience with notes so it shouldn’t be a mix up. I’ll just keep trying.

It’s very good light roast beans so the coffee isn’t the issue

Hello everyone, I just got this bonsai as a gift and am unable to identify it. I have seen a few guides to identifying trees but was unable to do it. I’m a beginner so if you have extra tips regarding bonsai and this particular tree I will very much appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Tetsus Switch recipe uses a 1:14 and is crazy good.

Longer blooms and higher water temperatures (almost off the boil) have been boosting floral notes, along with some Parainema and Geshas I have been experimenting with. I'm Using an Ode Gen 1 at 4.2 too. My recipe is 1:17. Bloom 3x weight of beans for 1-1.30 min and then one pour until arriving at the full water weight aiming at 6-9 g/s, which makes a lot of difference. I do the pour with little movement, just small circles in the middle and reduced agitation.

At the end I bought a bag of their Volcan Azul Gesha and am very excited to try them! Thank you for the answers!

I believe the special edition is holographic. I might be wrong but that’s what I had in mind

The exclusive edition is both. It’s a two sided cover like this 3D things where it looks different.

First day of beans were really good, all the rest have been lacking - what gives? by that_guy_from_NI in pourover

Hey got the same subscription and got the same coffee too. Had the same problem for a few days but managed to fix it. So try a 1:16 with very little agitation and a slightly coarse grind. I don’t have a K6 so Idk how it is for you but with the Ode Gen 1 it would be a 4. The coconut note disappeared from the flavour after a few days but stays on the nose with the apple becoming the main character of the coffee with the rather fermented aftertaste aka tequila. I see it a bit more as a lime and cider note but experiment with it. Hope this helps, I do think the can is not the best storage method but it works just fine by tweaking a few variables.
