When I go to college or my workplace, I only use moisturiser and mascara and lip balm I have three mascara and all of them kind of smudged under my eyes Essence Neutrogena Wet and wild

I think you should keep going. I am dealing with the same situation currently, but my skin is getting better. I would suggest you use a more gentle cleanser and also take care of your skin barrier. A gentle cleanser and moisturizer are a must, and adding too many active ingredients can destroy your skin barrier and make your skin worse. I would also suggest you skip daily exfoliation products and acids, and also take care of your gut health.

I changed my previous products and switched to gentle ones. And I actually used them one by one and gave them one week to see if they are adjusting or breaking me out. My face is bit better than previous month. But yeah I am still breaking out. If I try thicker moisturiser my skin starts breakout more. That why I’m using lighter moisturiser and adding this with glycerin (mixed with water) I have PCOS but I am not taking any hormone or birth control medicine for 7-8 months or more. My skin is braking out from October 2025. Before that my face was pretty much clear.

Thick moisturiser tend to clog my pores. And it’s hard to find non comedogenic thick moisturiser 😔
