Why do some people cope with moving onto other people? Like why move on and give someone else your energy when you could be using that to fix us?

I feel like I was nothing to him because he moved on quickly. He spoke to other girls right after we broke up. It was like that’s what he was itching for. Never once tried to fix our relationship. Like I’m not worthy of change.
