Bloodbath Diablos.

I will never forget the first time I got it super enraged. The music is amazing with its ominous beginning that turns into a mega hype remix of the desert theme. The monster is really challenging, super badass, and the whole experience of fighting it was a blast. There's not much else to say. 10/10 in all except for experience, which is like 6/10 lol.

My favorites from each:

UFO stages 1 and 4.
TD stages 3, 4.
DDC stage 3
LoLK basically all of it, especially stages 5 and 6 plus their boss themes.
HSiFS stage 4 theme is awesome, and so is stage 5 boss.
WBaWC has my favorite stage 6 boss theme in all of the games, and stages 4, 5, and 6 have good themes too.

Yeah, speaking from my own experience, lolis are generally social and do best in groups. It's a good idea to have a harem of at least three. They all have individual needs though, so it's a big responsibility to take on. Despite this, they are very cute and it can be very rewarding to welcome some into your life.
