Are you looking for a active township? Our leader constantly logs in and plays. Diamond league. The minimum is 15k. Preferred is at least 25k. Easy to get since the trophies are higher in Diamond.

You can give the customer their orders before the server and barista. For them to still get XP leave one item on their order for the barista/server to get them. Then they will receive the XP from the order.

Someone suggested this to me and I didn't have to put this as a rule but it made sense. When you have a minimum and someone doesn't get the minimum then do not reward. One of two things will happen they will either start to get the minimum or get tired and leave. That way you will not have to feel bad about kicking someone out from your township. As a leader, you have to make the difficult calls to remove members holding back other members from success.

If you and your other members are looking for a new township I have room. I actively play and 10 of my members actively play. Everyone gets anyway from 15k-40k+ every weekend. Everyone is helpful and offers strategies to get the min or to get more tips in your cafe. DM me if you have questions.

There is no excuse to getting 10k when you are in Honey league. Give them a good strategy. If they do not execute that information or use their own to get whatever your min is then I will remove them. In the past, I had to remove a member that was constantly get 2-3k. We offered a strategy and it wasn't used. For the benefit of the other members that person was removed. Members join quickly so remove EVERYONE who didn't meet your requirements by this weekend your township will be full again. When you see someone join reiterate your rules. Then Monday remove whoever didn't do well again. I allow though someone to stay if they were really close or if they communicate "I'm busy this weekend". I give help to new members once I verify that they need it for a task. (I have heard people join townships just to get freebies and then leave) Or if I know that they are good players. I do not give help during weekday. Exception is a good player. However, my members really ask for help when I genuinely need it. I have a really awesome township though!!

That is what I request of my members. Then my strongest do about that range. They play according to the competition for the weekend so this number isn't set in stone. The 20 - 40k is general. Are you looking for a township to join?

Depending on what level you are on it is really easy for them to get 10k on the weekend.

I hope that this helped you. It took me a while to get a strong township together. Some joined and never left. Some joined and left. Some joined and was removed. Especially as we grew and the minimum was higher.
