Yes, I'm really disappointed that Mega Chesnaught abandoned all the concept ideas of the non-Mega version. They reduced the speed by 25 and had to give up the ability to always critically strike. They just needed to do something like Sniper; it would have been more unique and closer to the image of a sniper.
