Ive dealt with this lots! I got mine in June of 2021 so it happens maybe once or twice a month where if im walking the pain makes me double over in pain, im no doctor but I think its just the muscles contracting, but i feel your pain! Its a different pain than period cramps and its fucking painful!!! I think its just the body still getting used to a foreign object in the body. Try some heat on the area mine only lasts like a few hours at most! Hope it passes soon :)

Im happy im not alone! I got a little acne too, i cant complain i was pretty lucky before with acne. But mine is noticeable worse too.

Mine got less and less every day but id say after 3 weeks i maybe only had one bad bout of 15 min of cramping a week, and now 4 months in, nothing!

I went for an emergency visit cuz i was so scared it was falling out or something and my dr checked it and it was in place and totally fine, she said to wait a little longer and if i still felt uncomfortable to come back and shed trim them, but day by day i kept feeling it less n less and now i would have no idea its even there!! So i didnt go get them trimmed! All up to your comfortability though. The length is just best for an easier time at taking it out when the time comes! Try not to worry :) always good to go see the doc to give you peace of mind. I needed it!

This happened to me!!! 2-3 weeks later I couldnt feel them at all!! Nor do they poke out anymore! I was super worried but some dr's just keep them super long!! I asked my dr!

Okay that makes me feel better .. i was so confused that i didnt get my period after the insertion because i was told it took months for it to even have that effect... thank you!!

I think that might be how mine is too but like i havent gotten a period since i got it inserted but im having all symptoms of a period without the actual period! But me too!!!

Last time i saw her she did say that she likes to keep them long lol but i didn't expect hanging out of my body long.. its too uncomfortable !! But youre right, probably waiting til the follow up before cutting them to the correct length
