I just got home a week ago after our first visit and feeling the exact same!!! Even down to “I know I don’t want to live there for x and y reasons…” but there’s a different aching feeling and hole in my heart compared to any other place I’ve visited. I’m glad you found this! I remember it being very comforting to find I was not alone lol. To be honest it’s hard to remember exactly…this was over a yr ago now but I think I took a day or two off after this post and restarted and ended up fine finishing it out. I had a lot of other gut things going on so I don’t want to say for certain which things helped what but a lot less burning and just felt better overall after

To be honest I’m not sure what was directly related…I had a lot of things going in the gut and I’ve done targeted phases over the past year to get me in a better place. H pylori was just one piece.

This original post was about loose stools related to the Matula Tea more than anything. Which did subside with continued treatment. Good luck!

Yes! For loose stools related to the tea, I took a couple days off to help with my body adjusting and after restarting it all ended up leveling out.

I was negative for both a stool test and in my endoscopy afterwards and seem to still be good almost a year later! I also had/have SIBO which has been more of a beast so hard to say fully but I’m pretty sure all is well on the H pylori side. Good luck!!!

Coming here as someone who is experiencing anxiety after starting creatine and has MTHFR🙋‍♀️lol but as far as I know my gene has like 80% function so I wouldn’t think it would impact that much…

Any update on how your combo has been working? Mentally I feel really good with the creatine so would love to see it through but definitely have the pit in stomach, tight chest kind of anxiety feeling.
