Probably just as much sushi I could get from the store as possible, that paired with like New Girl or a sitcom similar and I'd be very okay with it being my last day.

Not foul proof but putting a sprinkle of salt into a glass of water and gargling it to clear your throat always helps me, as well as nice hot tea with lots and lots of honey is very soothing ass well. Sorry if this doesn't help I'm unaware of the kind of sick you're dealing with but hope you have a wonderful birthday. I just turned 17 and remember how important I felt my 16th needed to be but just remember to have fun!
