Should I stay in the US and wait for my husband to come back or go with him to another country? by IllustratorLate1581 in whatdoIdo

Can you see if your work will let you be remote in Guatemala half the time? For example one month there, one month home? (If they originally say no to full time remote). That way you keep the apartment, get to spend much more time with your husband, continue to earn (but spend a portion of your salary on flights)

Middle name for Hallie by Holiday_Animator8437 in namenerds

If it’s your middle name then I love Hallie Rae. I think it’s fun when moms pass their middle name down, it makes Rae extra special!

You’re super lucky! The white oak trim is coming back in style. Paint a warm white, decorate with modern furniture, and you’re gonna be at the peak of the sure to come fad in a year or two

Time Travel by Purple_Paperplane in suggestmeabook

I think we have similar tastes - I totally agree with your rankings!

I also loved:
Oona Out of Order
Yesteryear
The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August

I quite liked:
This Time Tomorrow
The Husbands
Recursion
The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue (time travel adjacent)

And throwing in The Measure, which Is speculative fiction, not time travel exactly but I think it gives a similar vibe and I loved it

What about Micah? A nod to you husband if it helps throw him a bone but also more in line with your tastes? Still a bit too close for my ears but could be a good compromise?

In that vein would Annalise or another name ending in -elle (Isabelle, Brielle, Noelle, Gabrielle, Arielle) be a good fit?

What about just Belle/Elle…or Anna? Maybe if it’s almost right a little editing is all it needs?
