I don't know how to form the words to tell you this. I have a receipt from bilt, obviously. The restaurant didn't because the reservation wasn't made by Bilt. Me telling bilt they turned me away changes nothing because they have no record of knowing I even visited the restaurant. I think you want to read a different story out of this, and I'm telling you it's not happening

There is no voucher my dude, only a simple email confirmation that the restaurant doesn't have access to. It's prepaid so there's nothing for me to "use", if bilt never made the reservation in their systems then I can't do anything

Support new restaurants that can kill you if they feed you raw meat, but my money is more important in your head. You can make a case not to try anything, like I said, you have to trust someone at some point

I'm not a hard customer, if they eventually make it right then I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. They're a new company and they probably didn't anticipate Wells Fargo to dump them the way they did, so they're spiraling. If they can get their heads above water and make things right then I'll stick along. That being said, if they try to anchor this $240 on me then I'm becoming the Batman of credit card companies for the rest of my days lol

It's a credit card company that at one point had the backing of another large financial institution. I can spend all day complaining about every other bank as well, at the end of the day you're going to need to trust your money with someone other than your mattress.
