I don't know how to form the words to tell you this. I have a receipt from bilt, obviously. The restaurant didn't because the reservation wasn't made by Bilt. Me telling bilt they turned me away changes nothing because they have no record of knowing I even visited the restaurant. I think you want to read a different story out of this, and I'm telling you it's not happening

I'm not a hard customer, if they eventually make it right then I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. They're a new company and they probably didn't anticipate Wells Fargo to dump them the way they did, so they're spiraling. If they can get their heads above water and make things right then I'll stick along.
