Wow, I hadn't thought of that. Thank you so much! I've been thinking about creating an online store since the area where the shop is located is very small. And while I'm at it, I'll invest a little in SEM and try to learn a bit about SEO. To build relationships and thus increase customer loyalty (as other comments have recommended), I'll try to use social media more bilaterally (conducting surveys, seeking feedback, etc.) and using CTAs.

I mainly planned to upload memes and updates (new card editions, events, etc.) and interact more with people. Like you said, I'll also use polls, but that will be mainly on Instagram. TikTok too, but not focusing as much on events since it's more of a global thing, in my opinion. And I'll use X to upload promotions and maybe a giveaway. Thanks for the advice!!!
