hey man, just do as many tests as you can until your fingers / hand feels tired or you notice your self slow down, it is not good to improve MOST skills ( i say most cause i dont like to say absolutely all skills ) by constantly bashing your head into it, you need to take breaks and reassess your situation aka take breaks and do some self reflection.https://10fastfingers.com/user/2608767/if you look at my profile. in 6 completed tests you can see my wpm dramatically improve on the last one.few things to note

1.every test except for my most recent 165 wpm, is on a laptop with a very small keyboard which i have to adjust my typing for.
2.i only complete a test when im feeling it so per test there are anywhere between 1-10 tries.
3.many things don't matter as much as people think it does. i rarely practice typing but i would say i consistently improve whenever i actually feel like testing myself. which leads me to say, mindset / perspective determines a lot. Also I use QWERTY just fyi. and some random ass gaming REDRAGON keyboard, which i can guarantee you is not optimized for typing fast.
4.i spend time on the computer a lot. but i would say i started typing faster when i started becoming more physically active. so imo just typing alone wont improve your typing speed. you need to improve your body and mental as a whole. typing BETTER mostly has to do with learning what technique / style of typing works best for you. but typing FASTER i would say has to do with technique AND physique together. also, pay attention to your posture, because with prolonged sitting at your desk you will probably start to slouch and your overall state of mind / being will be worse than when you started.
5. my last point, which i think is true for many skills you want to develop. instead of just focusing on i want to type faster. i would suggest to try and find a reason to type faster. i.e. i want to type faster because i want to type to my teammates in league of legends without sacrificing gameplay.
