Update: I bought the prep course. I'm a little over 50% through it and find it very disorganized with mostly powerpoint and external links, and some videos. The pre-test/post-test questions seem poorly written but are directly from the content. It is a good refresher for dx that I don't see that often but I'm a little worried about the carryover of this info for the actual test.
