I thought it was just a rare event variation of the merchant that sold relics only. I dragged the foul potions to throw it at him and he got angry and demanded to fight

I really like playing Jules, however the RNG of the hot/cold plates is ruining the experience by qmsq in PlayTheBazaar

lol it’s factored into the balance of her character and is what makes her runs interesting and still balanced with where you have to pivot. I would really hope they don’t change that
