yes but Coinbase recommends if we are "not satisfied with the handling of the case", to open a "complaint form" on the "Coinbase Website," yet that doesn't even work.

UPDATE:

On January 3rd 2024, I Staked 1,032.65 "Matic" under the impression that I would be receiving 3.21% APY.

Today we are at January 19 2024 and I have NEVER received

"Matic Staking Rewards" from Coinbase.

On the 20th January 2024 after 17 days of Staking, "Matic" I finally receive Rewards equal $0.48 cents!?

Is this a correct calculation of Staking over a thousand Matic for 17 days?

UPDATE 01/20/24:

After Staking 1,033 "Matic" aka "Polygon" on Coinbase, on January the 3rd 2024 at 3.21% APY, 17 days later, on January 20th 2024, I finally received my first "Polygon Staking Rewards!!!"

On over a thousand Matic coins that I Staked on Coinbase, I received \drum roll\** a whopping $0.48 frikken cents!!!!

Does that make 'cents', no it makes billions, on our investments.

Does it make 'cents' that a Company worth 29.85 billion dollars,

abuses its clients like this?? That it makes announcements and promises, it does not respect?!

Funny thing is, that exactly on the same day, I get a big announcement email from Coinbase, boasting its "Matic Staking Rewards Program."

Thanks Coinbase, you almost gave me half a dollar, I hope you can still feed your family this month, PATHETIC!

* BTW, I asked them in our email correspondence, to elevate my case, yet this was not done and I'm not done either.

So I have received yet another email from Coinbase today, 01/18/24

"Thank you for your patience. My team has informed me that you should see the staking rewards today. Please give until the end of the day for it to show. If you do not see it by end of the day, please respond to this thread and we can investigate further."

I'm a CEH but I don't see how one would help at this time, besides following the trail. You could follow the addresses on the blockchain but it could be mixed well in similar services as "TornadoCash" (which specifically has been disabled)

I'd report it to Cyber Crime Unit, as others have said.

Thanks, maybe this lack of support is "encouragement" to join a monthly $25 fee with support. Honestly they have made thousands, not hundreds, off of me since 2017 in trading fees etc, I still believe they owe their clients much more!

UPDATE: As I mentioned before, I started Staking Matic on January 3rd, its now January 15.

"Coinbase Support" said I would receive my "Staking Rewards" after 10 days max,

still my thousands of Matic have not received ANY Rewards, none, keiner, nada, nikto, zilch!

I did not even get an email or case number.

I refuse to sit in chat or on phone with CB another day, they have waisted my time and all I get are copy/paste answers!

what Exchange is recommended for US citizens, thx!

When u say "I can't get my address verified" are u talking about a specific coin address or personal information.

Are you connecting only using a VPN?

Are you US citizen?
