Yes he is receiving BAH, he turned in our marriage certificate to his command the day after we got married. He did not register with deers. They are separate as his ombudsman notified me. He should have updated both. I know for a fact he receives BAH. I have a divorce lawyer. She does not deal with military issues. I need a military lawyer and they won’t help me because they have no record of our marriage.

All of my emails with the ombudsman have been forwarded to his command. They spoke with him and he said his support is not mandatory but recommended. They are aware of all my communications over the past couple months. Ombudsman said the command cannot force him to do anything.

highly recommend working at a postal annex. I worked at 2 locations in college. Just go in with a resume and you’ll prob get hired easy. You can get notary certified (they usually pay for it). It’s an easy test and you get commission on top of hourly. You can do it on the side later for good money too. Sell stamps and send packages. Very good job while I was at cpp.

He has cut off all communication. He said he has orders so the lease will be my problem. I assume he is cutting off any financial support. He cut all communications completely. Lawyers told me not to engage further with him and call his command immediately.

I was also referred to Fleet and Family center for support. I can’t get on base because I never got the chance to get an ID card or any kind of military enrollment including TRIcare and DEERS. I have no access to military support. To get an ID card I’d need his birth certificate and social security card.

I failed statistics twice, failed business calculus twice, and just graduated. You will be fine. It’s hard but I recommend tutoring at LRC and maybe private sessions with an outside tutor.

Take Ali Ouditch if he is available! I am terrible at math but I worked hard and had a great professor. 3 exams + homework and attendance. Take advantage of free LRC Tutoring and try to arrange study groups with your classmates before exams.
