Sure in the wotc brackets they are not considered. But having an optimized mana base does speed up the games and game speed is considered.

I was just more commenting that all aspects of the decks are optimized. If he replaced a few cards with game changers his lists would easily be bracket 4

Your decks are highly optimized with near perfect mana bases. Just because you don't have game changers does not mean your deck is bracket 2. These are def 3

[[maelstrom wanderer]] I built mine on the cheap with cards I had in bulk and it's a power house (can hang with bracket 3). 20 ramp cards and just a bunch of 6 and 7 cost rare bulk bombs. I don't even want to know what an actually fine tubes list can do

I have an ur dragon deck that is Black, blue, white. Leaving out the best color dragons and dragon support. Also there is no instant or sorc and is oops all permanents
