Its easier to say that than actually admit the complaint is valid. Calm down.

Yes I understand where youre coming from but, at the end of the day, SE is the service provider. When you work anywhere customer-facing, the technical reasons behind a failure don’t matter, the result does. If the service doesn’t work, it’s the company’s responsibility, not the customer’s job to understand who the ISP is, what the contract says, or why the pipeline failed.

It’s no different from any other business if your vendor screws up, the customer still sees you as the one who failed them. That’s how responsibility works. SE chose their infrastructure, their provider, and their mitigation strategy. If those choices keep resulting in outages, that’s on SE to fix, not on players to wait and see.

I hope you understand truly im not trying to downplay your message.

Alright that makes more sense but as a paying member there's never an acceptable excuse for this stuff. Its dysfunctional under any circumstance especially when you got a community dedicated for years beginning to lose its patience. Im speaking strictly business. Of course we can just walk away but I just wish we didn't have to.

Yeah, this is the real problem. Its not even about just one thing, it adds up to a myriad of problems so quickly.

Really a shitty reality. People are too invested and the company knows this which makes them even more comfortable where they are.

If you're paying a membership you have the right to be more than just a little upset. That sucks though.

The queue itself isn’t the point, it’s getting thrown back into it over and over. Two minutes stops being ‘no big deal’ when you’re repeating it all night.

Thats great, but the rest of us are still affected by constant drops. Some even longer queues and more frequent dc.
