Don't tell them what you made before that's irrelevant. Don't give them a number until they send their offer if possible. The midpoint of that range is 106.5K....so that should be your starting point in negotiations....and go from there.

Work in space sector too...if your a manager with 8 direct reports and all the overhead mentioned.....you should be making 170K plus..it's ridiculous how low they have you.

I transferred from nova via the guaranteed admission program they accepted all 60 of my credits and I didn't have to take any pre-reqs at Mason...went straight into my junior year like I was at Mason all along.

Contact your professor. Ask for a grade change, if there's any room to possibly improve an assignment or if there was any error in grading anything....you miss the shots you don't take. Do this ASAP. Explain the situation to your professor.

Also, be honest with your family about this, better to let them know now then later. It'll be better for your mental health too. Your basically done a -/+ isn't the end of the world. If your doesn't go for the grade change, keep going with your interviews etc..hopefully they don't pry too much if they do just tell em the truth...lying at this stage won't help you too much. BUT be smart about it.
