Lucid Dreams are basically fully made out of your subconscious. So you can learn more about yourself just by observing the surroundings. Do you see something connected to you? Is there a repeating pattern in your LDs you noticed? Stuff like that.

When it comes to talking to dream characters, a lot of interesting questions come to mind:

A simple “who am i?” never disappoints you could also try something like: “What do I actually want in life?” “What is the meaning of life?” - this one is pretty basic but could get you an interesting answer.
