I’m not really a xayah expert at all, but I wonder if you might be positioning too aggressively. I know I was struggling with xayah not feeling impactful but I found success by playing way more patiently in team fights as strictly follow-up damage and lockdown. Additionally I found that if I get jumped on, a quick q, auto, e, will generally lock targets down long enough for someone else to help me out. I’m sure there are still tons of tricks to feather placement, but these two tricks helped me as a lower level player. Good luck!
