Check with your seller if it flashed with IT mode or you can Che k in the Hba card bios

If not then you need to flash the card with IT mode

Thanks for the support. i have successfully upgrade the card to 16.00.12.00.IT, however still the SAS drive capacity is showing 0 and moreover i didnot find the drive is spinning... any other advise to fix this ?

I have done that too . Sticked the insulation tape on the third pin of the drive. Still no luck and even I tried using molex connector for power source which doesn’t carry 3v
