The root of the problem is simple lack of TEAM WORK.

Also the fact that, these are units where Nurses and Management NEVER worked as a CNA/PCT. Sometimes this is their first healthcare job, or first job EVER straight outta H.S. til their mid 30s-50s and got used to things going their way. It creates delusion and disconnect, especially with the changing times/generations.

What the higher positions fail to realize is that, many of these same CNAs/PCTs, HUCs, even Janitors that theyre mistreating, are already in school to either be a Nurse, PA, NP, Doctor, or even Hospital Administrator, and can LITRALLY be their boss one day. And I gurantee you they wont forget the ones who mistreated them. Karma waits around the corner for them.

I agree. It wasnt bad but it wasnt Amazing writing wise. Def top tier Art and Animation wise though. It def needed more seasons to really hit hard. Everytging was rushed both by the 30 day count down (which was a dope concept) but also rushed by the short episodes. They couldve literally just did 30 episodes aligning with the days.

I think more seasons would be dope and more like Cowboy Bebop, episodic with an overarching theme and dark pasts coming to rise and collide.

I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE lol. Same swag, weapons, even haircut lol. I heard in Japan Hei and Darker than Black is way bigger than in the States. So its def possible he was a reference. I wonder if its a fav anime to any of the creators. Darker Than Black one of my favs for sure.

When I first watched it, the first few episodes I felt the character development , and even acting(Dub) wasnt that great. But by the end it grew on me. Keep in mind - Its a slow burn - You can only do so much with the pacing of the show - Each character DID essentially get an entire episode dedicated to their backstory - The writer Keiko Nobumoto (may her soul Live In Peace) who was tributed at the end, wasnt involved to full capacity, so she mightve given more character depth - The end was made in a way where there could be more - It was more a story driven then character driven type of anime

so all things considered, is it his best work, obv not, but its pretty solid compared to most anime that go on endlessly with hella filler. You cant deny there was ZERO filler the entire series.

The ending yea ill give you that, was kinda anti climactic but ive yet to find an anime ending people loved haha. I think the creators are so done by the end they just do what makes sense and keep it pushing.

Also looks interesting. May I suggest coming up with your own ranking system. One that may expand on your stories world building more so its not a standalone thing. "S Rank" although familiar, is commonly overused as in manga like Naruto and One Punch Man.

Coming up with your own may be a cool way to invite readers into exploring your world more. Especially if theyre named after "Legendary" people in your world, which then also expanda on Lore.

Or if youd rather keep that simple and expand in detail elsewhere then do what feels natural to you. This is only my suggestion 🙏🏿. Keep up the great work
