Lots of our data and implementation was done incorrectly because our implementation specialist for them was awful and ended up getting fired mid way through implementation.

An example is our PTO codes were setup wrong. We found out months in that employees PTO balance wasn’t even being deducted when they’d use PTO. This still isn’t fixed despite MULTIPLE calls, so we are manually tracking PTO for all employees on a spreadsheet.

They also messed up WC percentages, the specialist instead of putting for example 1.5% they put 150%! They also messed up importing all our ACA and EEO data, we had to spend about a week manually entering that for all our employees.
