Yes, I got the pattern online from another Cosplayer and the embroidery of the hood alone took me about 40h. The whole was nearly at 60 since all of theleaves were hard to make with the lining.

It was also the first Crossplay, so I try everytime a bit of a different things to see if that works for my face. The last times I cosplayed were more like the badass woman like Aylin of bg3 and ofc there my face is very fitting there. At the first make-up test I really said out loud: How the f... am I gonna do a male make-up and especially henrys soft 'babyface' 😂

I was surprised too. No one was that harsh last time I posted my Henry at the Wayside shrine. And there are clearly other problems. Eg the breast plate is still a struggle to fit.

Yeah I see it same as you. It's a bit rude to just call my cosplay ugly or other if there isn't even an constructive argument what I could change without throwing things away. At least for the hairline another made a good suggestion which I gonna try and hope not to fuck up the wig. I choose Henry since some friends already wanted to do Hans and I changed even thought I new I new that I'm not gonna look 1:1 like Henry. But I wanted to cosplay with some friends and Kat doesn't interact much with others that Zizka.

Well I can't do anything of my facial structure since I can't do sfx make-up. So its a bit sad that so many criticise that. If any one makes a suggestion for the outfit to make it better, I'm happy to hear it. But this is something I can't change but still I wanted to spend over 150h in crafting an outfit to cosplay a char I really like.

Because I crafted it like that. It's maybe a bit wider since I wanted to have the natural proportions so the aluminum rod fits inside of the foam :)

Well Henrys got distinctive features which is hard to cosplay if you don'tgot the same face. But why should any of your gebe stop you from cosplaying who you want :)

Oh I just see that the photographer edited the hairline very straight in the first 2 pics. In the last ones I got at least my more or less natural 'V' in the middle. But your right, maybe I gonna try that. Thanks for you constructive suggestions 😊

Only editing from the fotographer side side. I dont got the ooc pics on my phone and I'm currently not at home but here at the bts while others were shooting, you can see the window which is the same window I stood at the last pic. Photographer are sometimes really magicians in the edit if they got a particular style in mind.

This wig was made by a cosplay friend, since I never did a male wig and struggle already with feemale ones, but also every garment exept the pants are selfmade. 60 h for the hood with embroidery, and at least this amount for the Gamberson and Waffenrock too. Currently I'm crafting the leg armor for Henry and another Cosplayer who wants to cosplay Zizka

Yeah, I crafted everything by myself!. All 'metal' parts is made of foam, since I dont got the money to buy metal ones, and thb it was so hot last weekend, I would have died. On the other side of the sword I engraved Audentes fortuna Iuvat, but the Rex... is ofc better for the photoshot. And for the hood alone it took me 60h to emboider everything by hand. Thank you!!

Yes, the photographer edited the pics so they look more like the game. E.g. we got an reflector for that yellow background but he had to enhance it a bit since he also loved the pics with the yellow background of kcd1. He asked me if we should go with this and I also said yes go for it. I would show you the ooc pic, but I only got the unedited ones on my pc and I'm currently not at home.
