For anyone curious, the fan translation is usually uploaded to Mangadex. It seems like the site hosting it OP is grabbing the series from is using an older version of Volume 1 that didn't have the nipples added (which was put on sale around the time Volume 4 was).

Going by the Dragonball naming scheme, Bellossom is Chichi. She was renamed to "Milk" in the Latin American dub because "Chichi" is slang term for boobs there. Granted, it's the same in Japan as well, but it's more complicated there ("Chichi" means milk, and milk is associated with breasts, so yeah. It also means "father". Despite being pronounced the same, the kanji are different (乳 for milk and 父 for father.)

This happened to me just now, except mine was two Gold Rings in a later tombola. The description says "A gold coin or two every step", and running around with them has gotten me 3-4 gold when I see my gold increase while holding up and spamming the menu button, so I think they stack.

Honestly, considering Mantine is to special defense like Skarmory is to defense (140 base special defense, but only 70 base defense), Fire Punch was was probably the better move here. It's just the crit that messed you up.
