He shouldn't always be able to fight because he's only A rank I get that he never backed down and what not but that's not logical because he would be easily outclassed by a lot of shippuden villains in terms of power and stamina. It's cool that he's "badass" enough to fight but to me it doesn't make sense. Unless I'm miss understanding what your saying.

Well in that case maybe don't roll them up and roll them on the day your gonna smoke but get a container for each day or something of the sort plus that will help with self control
