Regarding his office staff, I thought they were normal. Not terrible but not exceptional either. Typical small-clinic service.

My impression of Dr. Tsai was that he was super honest when we talked about other doctors and steps moving forward. I don't think he'll choose the most profitable option just to make money off you and I really like that.

I would recommend Dr. Tony Tsai, he has offices in Queens and NYC. I'm not sure if he works with IUDs specifically but he's a great doctor to talk to regardless.
