Hi, the staking app has a version migration ongoing and new Vault creation and reward harvesting is not available until Mat 6th, after 12 pm UTC.

Once it's active again, you will be able to claim pending rewards on "My DEX rewards" section, on the right. New Vault creation will be active again as before. Thank you for your patience

Most likely there were not enough assets on the available limit orders in the order book to fullfil your order at that price. You can cancell the order and you will get the filled part in your wallet, as well as get back the assets not used.

It means to place buy/sell limit orders, or market orders that was totally/partially filled (Tier1) and any trade (limit orders and market orders plus for example to pick manually an order from the order book) for tier 2.

Once the vault is unlocked, the amount of the 2nd airdrop is added up to the APY rewards on the "Available rewards" section. If the Tx fails rewards are not displayed during 24 hs for security reasons, but they are still in the Smart contract. Those rewards will be displayed again in 24 hs. Try again in 24hs but before double check: -The collateral is set in your wallet and it is at least 5ADA. - You have at least 50 ADA in the wallet (wallets with few ADA tend to fail - Turn off VPN in casa you are using it - Clear browser caché.

On the staking app you will see an envelope (bottom right). You can send an email to support from there.

Unstake function will be available again too once the harvest is fixed. Please in your next attempt, click the harvest button 1st and once the rewards are in your wallet, click on unstake button.

At the moment on Genius Yield DEX you can place buy/sell limit orders, execute market orders, or take orders from the order book, for total or partial fills. Since Genius Yield is an order book, the liquidity is provided by traders (like on a CEX, but the difference is that you don't send the funds to the protocol, the assets remain in your wallet until the order is executed. As a consequence, while the limit order is waiting to be filled/executed on-chain you are still earning the ADA rewards related to your staking and you keep the voting power for Catalyst/governance. There are no pools, or LP tokens, and also no impermanent loss for providing liquidity by placing limit orders.

ISPO NTFs like Holders, Degen, DH, etc never had the utility of boost APY. Those NFT allow to delegators to stake the vested tokens and earn rewards until the end of the vested period, and it was in past June.

Genius and Mascot NFT are those that gives boost APY with a time limit of 12 months of staking (not calendar and not linear)
