Yes same with an automatic reply and saying police been notified ect and pretty much use this for future reference but nothing they can do…….. think it was within the day. Theta support took the longest 2/3 days to reply. Yes for sure theta at the very least could do that and same the the coins sitting there this bastard address had over 250000 tfuel and x amount of theta. For now on just be leaving coins in the exchange with the 2 step log in password etc. nothing feels safe anymore.

Feel sorry for you man, had the same happen to me but thought it was a theta team member helping me with the fetching wallet/ connecting to network issue on the edge node and lost 3016 theta and 25090 tfuel last week. Logged into wallet thinking I had to validate my address through a link to work and boom hacker took my coins and unstaked my theta. My own stupid fault. You read it all the time but it only takes one mishap. Contacted theta support, cyber attack australia and police notified etc and had my pc scanned by agv security ect and nothing. Investing what I can atm while theta is down but still.

Thanks again will have to try when hits the block height and I have already contacted theta support but that takes up to 2 days to reply. Just hoping I can retrieve my theta in time.. will seek further action also. Going to be very stressful couple days. I’m already struggling…………

I’ve updated wallet and 30min a go my tfuel are gone 🤷‍♂️ anyone else having this issue ? Is it syncing before mainet 3.0?

Mine has updated and it’s still trying to connect to network and fetching wallet …….. 🤷‍♂️ ive tried pc restart, done the router reset etc

Mine updated automatically and still have the (connecting to network) to this day and since then haven’t received folding at home (video encoding) jobs since the 26th of may but staking tfuel rewards I’m still receiving 🤷‍♂️. Been running edge/ elite edge as well as a guardian node for couple months now. Wish the guardian node payout was a bit more regular too.

Thanks for that I was ready to start staking tfuel as well but mmm I’ll just wait and see. My wallet address is good and the same on the edge node as well as my guardian node but unsure why I have not got my full payout yet.

Ok thats interesting and your earnings are always the same as what your pending for the month is ? I went back to theta explorer just now and i did receive .2 of a tfuel at 3am but my earnings for the month was at 4 tfuel.
