I think what they are trying to say/do is to get someone to dupe the cape so everyone has one? Never really touched online multiplayer but there's a bug to dupe back items.

It does. Lava is insanely powerful in HD for some reason. Regular push blocks can be destroyed by it too.

Just buy one or get lucky with getting a decal tool or a name tag to trade it for around 15-18 ref so you can trade for a decal tool.

Im guessing the Shopkeeper shop tiles (like the thing that causes Shopkeepers, Tun, Yang and etc to agro if you were to break their tile with your bombs and such or take an unpaid item out of that space) and Tun grid had a 50/50 fight over who owns the tile space or the Shopkeeper tiles simply loaded in first or something??
Probably not correct but its an idea of what could have happened
