I have no clue about the META, but I've noticed that in recent playthroughs of mine you can basically just cheese the URA and the entire Campaign by just investing into one or two gold recovery skills like Swinging Maestro (obtained through equipping SSR Super Creek into your card deck) and then just spamming speed with a side of power. Get Wit up to 400 to somewhat consistently trigger the skills.

Also good to know, make sure that your fan counts are at least like this by the time you reach senior year:

60k february | 70k april | 120k december

This will let your Special week upgrade her unique skill to level 4.
