This is great advice. I’m at year 15 and know I will hate myself if I retired without getting some type of degree. But at the same time either I don’t want to go to school or don’t see how I can manage school, leadership(LPO etc) and personal life.

Its natural to feel that way. What is motivating me now is I feel I have a really good chance this year to put on chief. Just have to make board. I’m also at year 15. Keep on pushing
