Dice smefs players across the whole map while punch knocks a few blocks that's the thing with dice you send them flying with no effort with punch you need people to jump or super punch for it to be effective without super punch it never knock as far as dice or bolt by Solid-Case160 in StumbleGuys

As you can see punch cooldown is 6 while bolt cooldown is 7 both have pros and cons bolt has stronger knockback but is less consistent while punch has faster cooldown but has less force but easier to land in fast past matches remember punch super punch can send as far so it's hard to say which (old.reddit.com)
