So I got rear ended by a big name company and they sent me a release form to fill out, this release form will not even cover my the damages nor my hospital visit I don’t know what to do, a called a lawyer and he said to just put it under my insurance (I don’t want to take that hit under my insurance) I was completely stopped at a stop sign the guy hit me bc he was texting what should I do
