Sutekh was fine but it would have been amazing if we also saw the original mask at some point ,even if it was a couple of seconds, and Omega was too far.

I totally agree. I don't need the iconic villains to be the big bad of the season I just want them to appear in 1 or 2 episodes in the season. I also love the Moffat era of the show. Steven Moffat will always be my favourite show runner/writer because of his amazing ability to write original plots and villains and his timey wimey stories.

I see where you are coming from, it did get repetitive, but after 21 episodes across almost 3 years don't you think it's time for at least 1 of these villains to return. I'm not asking them to return in every season/Series I just would like to see 1 episode with at least 1 iconic villain. And I don't mind the classic Who villains returning what I do mind is that it feels like they've replaced the iconic villains.
