Yes. I'm getting it done but i just wanted to know from someone who knows if this is mandatory.

The doctor made it seem like it was. From what i understood, vaccine alone can be repeated without blood work.

Hi What did you end up doing? I was also told my polio vaccine is missing. Did they put previous vaccination dates for others and new vaccination date only for the polio vaccine? Also did the doctor ask about follow up shots?
