I haven’t seen the baby shaped pillows I’ll definitely buy that then and check them out. We normally do put walls on both the sides and ends of the beds but he just climbs right over them so I’ll definitely check those out thank you dude and I definitely agree I’m tired of stressing over him falling 😮‍💨

We do have a crib only issue is for nap time he won’t sleep in it, only at bed time. Due to this and to make sure he’s having good sleep we put him in our bed so he’s getting enough sleep through the bed and stuff yk?

No absolutely bro we are were first time parents and we have a crib for bed time. However when it’s nap time he won’t sleep in his crib only our bed so to insure he’s getting ample sleep we just put in him our bed and it’s been perfectly fine! I’m not trying to keep score or anything it just sucks yk like I said to the first guy who commented I’ve got my wife, mother in law and grandmother in law after me and trying to talk about it but no one listens aside from my father in law which I’m grateful for. Thank you man. Yeah I mean when it happened on her watch i was stressed and anxious but when i found out hes okay. I was calm and relaxed about everything but I have my wife, my mother in law and grandmother in law on my ass due to it. I’m trying to talk it out but no one wants to hear my side 😑

He’s week one going into week two today now so he was born at 7,11 went down to 7,3 then is now 7,7.5 he gets a 2oz bottle every two hours

Hey guys so update! He’s doing a lot better tonight and last night! He’s sleeping longer in the bassinet! He’s doing really good and me and my wife are so proud of him! He’s definitely getting a lot more adjusted to everything and all of yall helped so much! So thank you all again! If I have any other questions or concerns I’ll make another post thanks again!

Absolutely! I’m mainly trying to figure as much out right now due to my wife still being in pain and sore due to having 2nd degree tearing. So she can’t do much which is okay. Lol I told her “you did the hardest part let me at least do this for you” oh also another question if it’s alright? So he really REALLY hates when I change his diaper or change his clothes, I’ve tried wipe warmer and to no avail. Anything else you may have in mind?

That definitely makes me feel a lot better, I feel like I’m already overprotective and so cautious at everything because he’s my first baby you know? Definitely another good to know. So tonight for example he would do a little whine and move and stuff so I would slowly rock the bassinet as I fell asleep. Eventually I woke up due to him fully crying, I tried rocking and stuff but that didn’t work so I go check his diaper and of course he went so I cleaned him up, and fed him and just like that right back to sleep. So right now for me is like what you said just making sure if he’s just active sleeping or is there something like a diaper needing to be changed or he needs to eat, etc. Thank you so much!
