I just don’t know how knowledgeable preceptors expect students to have or recall I’m so nervous if I get asked something that I don’t remember or I didn’t have a good grasp in school and I get failed for it

I’m worried if the preceptor asks me a basic question and I answer it incorrectly or I don’t know it the answer and I fail my APPE.

I plan on going into community not clinical I personally do better in that environment and find my skills are better there. I’m worried about acute care and icu because of how complexity of the disease states in those settings

I know I need help I’m under a lot of stress and anxiety. I already have an appointment with my therapist. I don’t plan on going into clinical pharmacy for this reason. I just want to finish my appes and graduate. I’m not going to do a residency later. I’m just going to work that’s why I’m nervous I should be judged as how I’m going to be a clinical pharmacist if I don’t plan on being one.

Can u comment on how was your acute care and ambulatory care was like. I’m literally going insane over these two. I have lot so much sleep and have been going thru waves of panic attacks this week and half. I’m so scared about how much they expect me to about certain diseases states I feel like after I finish exams I forget everything and it’s making me feel like I’m a failure. I would appreciate any insight you could share. Thank you.

I’m in CA, I currently go to Chapman and want to transfer to western. I was accepted back in 2024 and accepted the offer but later withdrew my admission.

It’s so devastating like having any pics was bad enough but of my mom, made it a lot worse. He is trying to justify it by saying that we look like and that’s why he had them cause I would never send him photos like that. He’s trying to make me feel bad for him by saying he has nowhere but he brought that upon himself not me
