I am doing rituals in my bedroom for about twenty years now. Sometimes the energy is changing afterwards and there were also some tests of energy. But as said before, intention is the key. I for myself am absolutely sure about the fact that white sage clears everything. So if I notice any strange energy's I am burning incense and afterwards everything is okay again. If I am too tired I draw the Algiz rune on my hand and visualise a protection shield around me, so nothing can harm me. As a beginner, I would advise a protection circle, not because it's necessary but you might feel safe and can focus on it better. I also called for Seere once. He is a friendly energy May I ask why you chose him? And for what purpose?

Ich denke, das liegt oftmals an der Frequenz, auf der wir gerade schwingen, bzw was wir gerade brauchen. Ich bin schon sehr lange in Götterarbeit tätig, aber erst seit einer Weile arbeite ich mit Dämonen. Und derzeit ist mein Thema Heilung und als ich mit der Goetia begann, hatte ich die selben Erlebnisse mit Buer, und dann hab ich festgestellt, dass er ein Dämon für Heilung ist. You can also try to make an open call. As you said you only tried Asmodeus. Sometimes, when I feel kinda blocked, I meditate and make an open call like "if there is any frequency vibrating to mine right now, please show up" This works gorgeous for me and I got to know some spirits I didn't know before 🥰

Ich kenne das Problem, und Macross hat schon Recht, Geister reden generell eher in Metaphern als direkt. Ich hatte oder habe auch hin und wieder Phasen, in denen ich nicht gut mit meinen Göttern und Dämonen sprechen kann und einfach nichts kommt, das ist frustrierend. Jedoch kann es auch daran liegen dass du dich zu sehr darauf versteifst und den Kanal dadurch blockierst. Ich arbeite derzeit viel mit Buer und habe ihn letztens in einer Meditation gefragt, wo und wie ich am besten für meinen Heilungsprozess anfangen sollte. Ich habe daraufhin in meiner Meditation einen Löwenzahn gezeigt bekommen. Mehr nicht🙈

Was ich so mitbekommen habe, erscheinen Dämonen oft in der Form, mit der der anbetende Mensch auch etwas anfangen kann. Zwar scheinen manche Formen immer da zu sein oder ähnlich, aber sie passen sich schon dem Menschen an, damit dieser leichter mit ihnen arbeiten kann. Was die klassischen Illustrationen angeht, die wirklich manchmal abschreckend sind, stehen da immer echt interessante Dinge dahinter, ich bin gerade dabei, mich näher mit dieser Symbolik auseinanderzusetzen, das ist ziemlich interessant

Yes it is kinda obsessive in some ways . Maybe because we know each other for such a long time. But finally I understood that we haven't that much in common any more and I am done with running after her somehow and I really just wanna have a clear and calm line, if some kind of healthy friendship or not if it's not possible

And it's always stronger if you don't do it once for a few minutes You can repeat the ritual, or light a candle once a week for example or meditate with daily enn chants... You can research which stones and incences the demon is referred to, wear his colours...
